The cottage is the original farmhouse and has recently been renovated to a very high standard of comfort and elegance. Its charm and character have been traditionally preserved with all its original features still intact including a stone inglenook fireplace and low oak beamed ceiling. |

the first floor, sleeping accommodation comprises three bedrooms; one
double, one twin and one bunk bedded room which is suitabe for adults
and children. The bathroom is within easy access of each bedroom and
has a bath and W.C. An en-suite shower is contained within the master
bedroom. A cot is also available on request. |

The
ground floor has a spacious sitting room with remote control colour
T.V. which leads into a fully fitted kitchen containing a fan assisted
oven with corner hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, automatic washer/dryer
and dishwasher. The kitchen encompasses a rustic pantry and traditional
dining room. |

| The cottage is fully centrally heated and double-glazed throughout, providing a warm cosy atmosphere. There is ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles, But we are sorry we cannot accept pets
A 1/3 deposit is required on booking with full payment one week before arrival, with cheques made payable to 'Wilson Hunter'. The price is inclusive of bed linen, towels, drying facilities and central heating with separate electricity coin meter.
